What is tallow?

Tallow is a rich fat from cows. We use tallow from grass fed cows. It has been used on skin for thousands of years, and it is made of the same kinds of fats your skin makes on its own.

What else goes into your bars?

Tallow is the star, but it has a few good friends. Every bar also has cold pressed avocado oil, coconut oil, Moroccan argan oil, and silk amino acids. Alpine Air and Golden Grove are scented with pure essential oils only. Coastal Cliffs and Misty Meadow include a natural fragrance. Want a scented bar with no fragrance? Pick Alpine Air or Golden Grove. Bare Bar has no scent at all.

Is it good for sensitive skin?

People with sensitive skin love tallow. If your skin is very sensitive, try Bare Bar. It has no added scent. It is always smart to test a small spot first.

How do I make my bar last longer?

Keep it on a soap dish that drains, so it can dry between uses. Keep it out of standing water.

How do the boxes work?

Pick a box, then pick your bars. The Duo comes with 2 bars, and The Gift Box comes with 4.

Can I pick the same scent more than once?

Yes! Pick any mix you like, even all the same scent.

Can I send a box as a gift?

Yes. Just enter their name and address as the shipping address at checkout.

Shipping and returns

Where do you ship?

We ship to the United States only, for now.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is a flat $5.95, and orders of $59 or more ship free. Need it fast? Express shipping is $14.95. You only pay the flat rate once per order, no matter how many items you buy.
